Multiple instances did not let me use reward
This is the third time where I have gone through the drive-through stating that I intended to use the reward, but when I got to the window, and presented my payment, they neglected to incorporate my reward into the final payment and I the item that was supposed to be free.

Move that login checkbox first!
Seriously you have the action button before the checkbox you must check to action the button. Incorrect UX flow. Put stats on how many people click the button before the checkbox! Gets me 100% of the time lol
Love !!!

The gal working was super friendly and engaging!
I don’t like In-N-Out burger
Always great Customer service at this Burgerville
Rude customers service
The young lady who was at the drive through asked me while I was ordering if I wanted any sauce I said yes! She ok if everything on the screen looks good. Please pull forward and I will have your total for you at the window. I said OK I pull forward. I finally get to the window. She gives me my drink. She gives me my food as she’s handing me my food, I ask if there a sauce is in the and I asked for extra napkins as my bag had sauce all over it. She says yes, as she goes to give me napkins. I look in the bag and I noticed that the sauce isn’t in there so she comes back with the sauce keep in mind I asked if the sauce was in the bag I didn’t ask her can I have sauce? I asked if sauce was in the bag she then returned to the window with two sauces and napkins, and says next time you will need to pay for those. And that they’re $.50 each I said I ordered them she says no you didn’t. I told her yes I did and told her that she asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes so then she proceeds to say. oh, I’m sorry I must not have heard you. I said that’s fine if you didn’t hear me, but please do not call me a liar and have a nice day. Her response and telling me that I did not order something when I did was not very customer service like.

Went for 65th Birthday ordered and we’re charged full price for the cheeseburgers when I asked why she said you could only order 5 things I said if you had told them me that I would have made it 2 orders for my husband and I she said their was nothing she could do about it and blew me off very unhappy that I was charged $3.20 more plus tax

Battery sucker
The app works fairly well but it has something going on in the background that consumes the battery. Looks to be something having to do with location polling.
Fresh hamburger
I got an original hamburger with all the fresh ingredients. So tasty.
Great customer service !
Friendly & efficient staff & fresh food EVERY time at the NE Portland MLK location. Great job, thank you!
Hometown goodness
Haven’t grown up in Vancouver, Washington Burgerville was part of my childhood. They are as good now as they were then and possibly even better. I am so appreciate the attention to serving good food and the friendly employees.
Love Burgerville
Great people, great food! I have to say tho, that we weren’t fans of the Vampire Burger - the red onions weren’t carmelized… more like pickled - they and the arugula gave the burger a weird texture. Fries are always GREAT!
Always awesome
Thanks for the sweet potato fries and pumpkin milkshake
Orders vanish into the ether
Submitted an order for later pickup, and the restaurant received it but it apparently never showed on their end, so I had to stand around waiting for them to make it anyways. If I wanted to stand around waiting, I wouldn’t have bothered with scheduling an order, would I? Waste of time.
Cool 😎
I like it. Only wish there was an easier way to look at the menu on the app.
Cumbersome
Way too cumbersome to navigate. Needs an order more button, too. You have to keep clicking the back arrow but it lands on the page asking you what location you want to order from. It’s just a very annoying app.
No pricing, no menu available to browse when closed
Annoying that you can't see pricing. You lost a car full of people that wanted to order but passed due to non transparency.
