The young lady who was at the drive through asked me while I was ordering if I wanted any sauce I said yes! She ok if everything on the screen looks good. Please pull forward and I will have your total for you at the window. I said OK I pull forward. I finally get to the window. She gives me my drink. She gives me my food as she’s handing me my food, I ask if there a sauce is in the and I asked for extra napkins as my bag had sauce all over it. She says yes, as she goes to give me napkins. I look in the bag and I noticed that the sauce isn’t in there so she comes back with the sauce keep in mind I asked if the sauce was in the bag I didn’t ask her can I have sauce? I asked if sauce was in the bag she then returned to the window with two sauces and napkins, and says next time you will need to pay for those. And that they’re $.50 each I said I ordered them she says no you didn’t. I told her yes I did and told her that she asked me if I wanted sauce and I said yes so then she proceeds to say. oh, I’m sorry I must not have heard you. I said that’s fine if you didn’t hear me, but please do not call me a liar and have a nice day. Her response and telling me that I did not order something when I did was not very customer service like.

Not happy
Went for 65th Birthday ordered and we’re charged full price for the cheeseburgers when I asked why she said you could only order 5 things I said if you had told them me that I would have made it 2 orders for my husband and I she said their was nothing she could do about it and blew me off very unhappy that I was charged $3.20 more plus tax

Battery sucker
The app works fairly well but it has something going on in the background that consumes the battery. Looks to be something having to do with location polling.

Hometown goodness
Haven’t grown up in Vancouver, Washington Burgerville was part of my childhood. They are as good now as they were then and possibly even better. I am so appreciate the attention to serving good food and the friendly employees.

Great people, great food! I have to say tho, that we weren’t fans of the Vampire Burger - the red onions weren’t carmelized… more like pickled - they and the arugula gave the burger a weird texture. Fries are always GREAT!

Orders vanish into the ether
Submitted an order for later pickup, and the restaurant received it but it apparently never showed on their end, so I had to stand around waiting for them to make it anyways. If I wanted to stand around waiting, I wouldn’t have bothered with scheduling an order, would I? Waste of time.

Cumbersome
Way too cumbersome to navigate. Needs an order more button, too. You have to keep clicking the back arrow but it lands on the page asking you what location you want to order from. It’s just a very annoying app.
No pricing, no menu available to browse when closed
Annoying that you can't see pricing. You lost a car full of people that wanted to order but passed due to non transparency.
Decent
Good app could use the ability to redeem and use gift cards in the app. Glad points don’t expire quickly like McDonald’s. Makes saving points not worth it
Broken milkshake option
I tried to order a milkshake and it only lets me order bliss. It says I have to pick milkshake or bliss, and yet there are NO options for regular milkshake, only bliss in small, med, and lg. my son will know it’s coconut and the $6+ up charge is a dead giveaway for anyone paying attention. Please fix this. My son is sick and that could have really made him feel better. 🥺

horrific ui
Can barely order with this. I could hire an indian dude off fiverr to make a better app for 20 dollars and a pack of newports.
App is okay
App works okay, but when you select dine in you cannot place order until you have a table number. Then some restaurants will bring your food to your table and some expect you to wait at the counter to pick it up.
