Customer service on point
I frequent the Nimbus location often and tonight I came in to pick up my order and realized I made an error. Somehow, I ordered my pizza with no cheese. I spoke with a manager and he graciously offered to remake it for me as I feel terrible because they were extremely busy. Three staff members came to ask me what happened all of them seem very genuine with my issue and everyone did great to rectify a mistake that I made. Bellagio‘s Pizza, you’ve always been great and I’ve been going here for over 15 years, thank you for having excellent staff. Manager was Max!!

Won’t Work
App asks us for the txt 4-digit message code to verify, but instead of a code it sends us a link to some “knucklehads” website. Can’t continue. Broken.
