Customer service on point
I frequent the Nimbus location often and tonight I came in to pick up my order and realized I made an error. Somehow, I ordered my pizza with no cheese. I spoke with a manager and he graciously offered to remake it for me as I feel terrible because they were extremely busy. Three staff members came to ask me what happened all of them seem very genuine with my issue and everyone did great to rectify a mistake that I made. Bellagio‘s Pizza, you’ve always been great and I’ve been going here for over 15 years, thank you for having excellent staff. Manager was Max!!

Won’t Work
App asks us for the txt 4-digit message code to verify, but instead of a code it sends us a link to some “knucklehads” website. Can’t continue. Broken.

Ordered for a noon delivery and they called to let me know they would be a little late.. very nice to get a call! Also, the “late” was like 5-8 minutes at the most.
Pizza and wings were piping hot and the salad was cold, crisp and delicious! My first order and they did not disappoint from the customer service to the food. Will be ordering again this fall for football season!

I love Bellagios Pizza, and the fact that they have an app that makes it so easy to order it instead of having to use post mates or Uber is just the best thing. It has a simple design, a reward system, and they’re always accurate with their orders.
