Terrible update
This app use to be great until the newest version was released. It keeps crashing and logging me out but even worse my data is disappearing. I can no longer trust the accuracy of the application
Much better now!! New updates fixed a lot
I once paid for a lifetime membership, and used the app for years. Then recently I was told the business model changed and new updates and features are going to be added and that I needed to pay again! Since all my bills are in here and it wasn’t very expensive so I just paid again. There was a month or two there where the app looked the same, but functioned worse; it was crashing daily, calculations were lagging, tons of problems. I was a little frustrated but wanted to be patient. And sure enough! As of this week, I can absolutely see where my money went and could not be happier! Seriously worth it!!
No more crashes, runs charts quickly, calculating forecast quickly, and the new interface is really slick, still very similar, didn’t have to relearn anything, so very familiar but much nicer now. The new look and feel and functionality, everything, so happy with the changes, not even mad I had to pay for it, worth every penny. Absolutely the best finance app on my phone by far!!

Can’t even create an account
This may be the best app ever. I’ll never know because you need an account to use it and it won’t let me create an account.
Love the app, but doesn’t work anymore
Been crashing for weeks and won’t load at all. Best financial planning app I ever had, disappointed that it still has not been fixed.
Love this app please fix it
I love this app I use it all day every day. Currently there are problems with it crashing or not opening and I have to repeatedly delete and redownload it. Please fix it I really want to leave a positive review because this app has been so great for me until now.
Still crashes
So I have been using this app for years and it all of a sudden started crashing and would barely work. I uninstalled it and re installed with no success. I then downloaded another app. I loved forecaster because it was easy and to the point. Then a few days ago the developer fixed the issue. That was three days ago. Now my app is crashing again after 3 successful days. Of course this happens after my 20 a year subscription payment. So hopefully the developer gets this unusable app fixed ….. again

Incredibly useful financial tool!
I’ve been using the website for years, and this app when it came back to the App Store. It’s a critical tool for me to plan expenditures with my checking account. I like knowing my exact balance in the future as I pay bills and this is the only tool I’ve found that helps me do this easily. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Dont waste the time. Just errors.
Easy, no frills forecasting
Been using the app and website for 4+ years. Very easy to input and track your monthly incoming and outgoing cash to help set up a proper budget.
The layout shares everything you need and nothing more; and ability to have multiple seperate accounts makes for a great tool to forecast new budgets to plan for other life goals.
The app has come a long way.

Great app!
I’ve been using this app for over a decade. It has never asked for location or any personal information. Ever
I’ve also never forgotten a bill, been able to budget months ahead, and have used it to save money for big purchases, pay off bills in record time and I no longer fret about bills.
It is, in a word, indispensable.

Nothing works anymore
Worked great at first and now features don’t exist

Can no longer view past 3 months
So Disappointed
Successfully used this app for about a month but one day the forecast gave me a “you have no items” error. Checked the recurrences is set and they looked fine. Logged out, back in, error remained. Deleted my accounts and added them back in and then the recurrences disappeared. Deleted the app entirely and never going to use it again. What a waste of time!! Now I have to start over with a different app.

Another Great app of the few!
This is the third finance budgeting app I found in years on the App Store.
I just don’t understand why there aren’t more of these type of apps. You find a lot of budget apps, even ledger apps, Financial planning apps they’re all over the place but only three apps that have all three of those things put into one? Only 3 that I have found anyway. With my experience these type of apps like balanceforecasting are the best way again to manage your money.
This app in particular, what I like about it is it’s straightforward and simple it doesn’t have a ton of bells and whistle’s which makes it good easy to understand not spend a lot of time with it figuring it out.
I’e been using another one that has a lot of bells and whistle‘s it does the job but I have unlike balance forecasting which is everywhere on any device no Manuel syncing required from device to device it’s automatic and I’ve never had any loss of data on one device or another.
The one app I recently have been using is great but syncing sometimes messes up and you have to redo things so I do manual ones where it has a lot of steps to get the other one updated.
Another awesome feature of balance forecasting is you can have your expenses and income extend out for 30 years or just 1 year. I mentioned there were 2 other types of these apps, there was another one I used to use it would only show like five months in advance it served its the purpose but I couldn’t plan very far ahead obviously. The one I recently was using can do a year and a half.
The Best way to get most out of your budget is to see it all in one spot you get a bank ledger with future budget you can look at the end of the year to see your residual money or 30 years and see it.
This is the best way to make future spending plans or to know if you truly can afford to do something.
This app does it the best again super simple but super informative to show you what you can do with your money far far into the future.

This app is easy to setup and use. Great tool to see my budget to plan for the future. It’s helped me understand my finances and keep me on track. Best budget app out there! Online access has the charts which gives the BEST outlook of the future :) HIGHLY recommend - been using for years!
