Search & Save

I was offered version 2 of the hip floor exercises but I hadn’t done the first one yet. I wanted to do a search for number one but there was no search button.
There is a “saved exercises” button but I haven’t found a way to actually “save” an exercise.
When opening the app there is a main exercise at the top of the page. Are these the exercises that are in my actual program? No instructions on how to use the app only choice of exercises but how do I know in advance if these exercises go along with my protocol?
I like that the instructors are PT trained.
