It works great at times but then it stops weighing and won’t connect to bluetooth. I read on a review that they had reminder alarms. Mine has never had an alarm go off. I wish they would work harder on getting the bugs fixed.
Doesn’t retain info after short-lived battery
The battery has been replaced all too many times than necessary. Like another user, after not using for a while, when I change the battery, the scale settings are not the same, changes from lbs. to kg, nor does my phone recognize and connect. I’m tired of dealing with the shenanigans of fixing a device and changing settings every time I use it... this is something that is suppose to be simple... TOTALLY NOT

Bluetooth Bathroom scale
Greetings I just bought Bluetooth Bathroom scale in Marshall and it does not connect with the application or the cell phone. What a pity it didn't work, with good expectation that I had about company and its products.
Doesn't turn on
When I first got it it didn't turn on. I put it on charge and the thing still ain't turning on
Doesn’t connect to app
When I first bought the scale I was able to connect to app. The battery died and I didn’t use the scale for a while. I replaced the battery and tried to use the app and it didn’t work, my past information was gone as well.
The scale does not even appear in my Bluetooth tab of the settings app.
Very disappointed.
