The apps needs an upgrade badly.. Omo too many malfunctions… can even send a pic

Issues on photo verification
I can’t verify my photo it’s saying no access allow
Unable to send a message
When you know after a match with people and they texted me and you know you won’t allow me to respond why stress me from the beginning I have many messages and yet I can’t even respond to one
Face verification
I waited for 24hrs or more and still my profile ain’t yet verify That’s bad, now message isn’t working
I am having troubles with inbox
I have to quite the application several times I do not seem to understand what it means by inbox upgrading.

Interface can be better!
The interface looks good to a certain extent however getting easier access to pictures on a profile is almost cumbersome as you will need to click into the profile before being able to see all the pics. Other dating sites have the front views for this and makes it easier to swipe based on matching or not.

Bad development
App keeps crashing since last update. Will not even stay open for 5 seconds. Many features including messaging don’t work properly. And quite a few grammatical errors. Overall, quite a poor experience.

Ever since I paid for the app it’s not been signing in I guess we’re Nigerians after all scam every time cos why would the app suddenly not sign in anymore after payment
