Imposible registrar token

Uso mi app desde hace muchos años, sin embargo era imposible registrar tu token si no tenías una tarjeta débito (ahora que ya quitaron esa política) al intentar registrar mi token desde la app (a través de un iPhone) ingreso el código que llega al celular y cuando te pide identificación facial, se queda en blanco y no sucede nada más.

Eso si contar que para ingresar a la app tienes que abrirla una vez, cerrarla e intentarlo de nuevo.
