Tengo un tema con el banking, me dice que está bloqueado mí usuario y ya llevo dos años en eso, porque supuestamente intentaron entrar a mi cuenta, dijeron que me llamarían para resolver eso, y aquí sigo seca esperando a que el departamento se ciberseguridad me llame para resolver eso, tanto que promueven los deberes y derecho del usuario y están violando uno de los importantes? Que es que el ciudadano debe tener derecho a mirar sus estados de cuentas y movimientos de la app
