Terrible Customer Service
I’ve been trying to get back into my account and the customer service has been the worst I’ve ever encountered. There is no phone number to call and speak to a live person to sort out your issues. You’re forced to do it over email and every time you send one their automated system tells you they’ll get back to you in 3-5 business days, even when you’re replying to one of their emails. It’s been a joke and I finally had to make an all new email just to get into it for my kids athletic team, so I lost all the old Band groups I once had. Total joke!

I’d like to say that I love almost every aspect of the band app and it has made my life so much easier with classes and all, the only thing is wish for, which can’t really be added into the app, is “louder” notifications!

REALLY GOod
The app called BAND is a very useful app. I am in high school and I use it very much all the time for colorguard club drama club Etc. If you are in any extra curricular activities and you don’t know what really you’re doing. This is a very useful app and I recommend downloading. especially if you’re like a part of like choir or colorguard or drama club or anything like that but overall it’s a good app

I Enjoy Using Band App
So far, I am enjoying the Band App! We were invited to a band group a few months ago for an assignment and I thought to myself “I really like this app!” I’ve set up a couple of groups myself to check it out and really like the App. Definitely worth trying out!

I literally never write reviews. You almost can’t find one on the Internet that I’ve ever written. However, this app has been quite useful for the Marana high school golf team. I would recommend it to any team looking for a place to hold live events, group, chats, group, announcements, individual announcements and messaging., And everything under the sun.

Why???
I LOVE this app, and I use it everyday because I’m a dancer, but now it’s 16+ and I can’t access it, so I can’t keep up with my dancing. I don’t know why they did this, but I would love if it was turned back so me and other dancers can watch our routines
