It just says “connection is unstable” after logging in and it loops that message every time I click OK.
No support for customers staying abroad
I cannot log into the app on my new mobile phone. The process is too complicated, and there is no simple way to fix it online.
There is no other way to support customers who stay abroad and urgently need access to the app. The only option is to visit a branch in person, which is impossible for overseas customers.
This is very disappointing. Please improve your system and provide proper support for customers outside Thailand.

Frequent frustrating sessions and roadblocks. Example - right now I can’t log in. Sigh.
