Lousy app, miserable bank
They’ll take your money, good luck getting it back. They keep lowering transaction limits, to the point it’s impossible to pay rent or buy an iPhone in a single transaction. To temporarily raise your daily limits you have to use a Crapulent face recognition scan. This was programmed by a mental defective who obviously lacks basic competency— while the iPhone can do almost instant face recognition the kBank app repeatedly fails. What’s worse, where they used to force you to do one face scan to raise your limit, such as to pay for a low-end iPad, you now have to do six separate face scans. You have to raise the daily limit, the card limit, the transaction limits, the in-store transaction limit, and a couple other pointless limits these idiots added. Six face scans, over an hour, because the app was programmed by incompetent developers, to complete one purchase.

Bug: e-slip saving incorrectly requests photo library read access instead of write-only access
When Photo Access is set to "Limited Access," iOS allows apps to save new photos without reading the existing library. However, K PLUS triggers a "would like to access your photos" popup on every QR payment because it requests read access to the photo library rather than using write-only access to save the e-slip.
Suggested fix: Use PHPhotoLibrary write-only API (performChanges) for e-slip saving. This will respect the Limited Access setting and eliminate the repeated popup.

“K Plus would like access to your photos”
I set the photos access to “limited access” but everyday i do a QR code scan payment, it asks me “do you want to allow full access to photos?” with a popup saying “allow full access or keep current selection”. i don’t want to allow full access and STOP notifying me to allow full access to my photos!

Still not allowed use oversea unless you log in while you stay in Thailand.
In 2022, The app does not allow using oversea.
