they give false information
Each employee gives different information and false information about fees and they never tell you complete information
i personally had different incidents: when i deposited USD and GBP in my account i was NOT informed that i will be charged “deposit foreign currency fees”
another incident was when i asked about “minimum balance fees” i was informed by two different employees that i won’t be charged if the MAIN account has at least 100JOD, and this piece of informatiom was wrong as they deducted “minimum balance fees” despite the false information i was given by two different employees in al weibdeh branch
