Very disappointing customer service

⭐️ Unfortunately, my recent experience with Bank al Etihad has been extremely disappointing. I provided all the requested information and tracking details, yet my issue remains unresolved.

I keep being transferred between departments without a clear solution or proper follow-up. Customers should not have to repeatedly explain the same issue just to get basic assistance.

I expected much better service and follow-up from Bank al Etihad. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews the way customer issues are being handled.
