they give false information
Each employee gives different information and false information about fees and they never tell you complete information
i personally had different incidents: when i deposited USD and GBP in my account i was NOT informed that i will be charged “deposit foreign currency fees”
another incident was when i asked about “minimum balance fees” i was informed by two different employees that i won’t be charged if the MAIN account has at least 100JOD, and this piece of informatiom was wrong as they deducted “minimum balance fees” despite the false information i was given by two different employees in al weibdeh branch

وانا خارج الاردن لا يوجد اي رد على الهاتف او الشات من خلال البرنامج ، يتم اقتطاع مبالغ من الحساب او إيقاف عمليات مع حجز المبالغ بدون الرجوع للعميل ، حصلت معي مرتان ، وعند المراجعه يطلبون أوراق لا يوجد لها اي داعي ، ويوجد عندك تنسيق داخلي بين الموظفين في البنك ، بحيث ان كل موظف يخبرك بقصه مختلفه عن الاخر ، بنك سيئ جدا في التعامل والامانه

My experience with Ettihad was great and faultless since 2017 but with this major issue I might consider switching to another bank! Those text messages was not only a notifications! They were a reference too!

ف مش زابط اعمل حساب ، المفروض التطبيق يعهندل هاي الاشياء كونها اشي بيسك ، مش الكل بقدر يروح عل بنك اذا في تطبيق شغال المفروض، برن عل كستمر سيرفرس مصرين انه المشكلة من عندي و همة مش تيكنيكال اصلا بس بفتوا و الحل اروح عل بنك او امسح التطبيق و ارجع اساوي حساب، عملت هل حركة ٧ مرات و استنيت التحديث الجديد و رجعت عملت حساب و برضه نفس المشكلة، يعني لا في حوالات خارجية ولا عندي اي شي برا الاردن
