Worst App
Worst app and worst website experience. Every single time there is something not working in the app. Sometimes you cannot update your personal information, sometimes there is a transaction issue, sometimes it just randomly crashed, sometimes it logs you out without any reason, sometimes you are unable to login. I am using this bank since 5 or 6 years and there is not a single time the app or website worked properly. I even don't want to give a single star.

كل التطبيقات تتطور للافضل الا تطبيق بنك البلاد تطويره حرم العميل من مميزات و خدمات كانت في التطبيق السابق منها على سبيل المثال : التمويل التكميلي و طريقته التي كان يتميز بها بنك البلاد عن غيره من تطبيقات البنوك .
