Since your major application update, which replaced the previous app with this new version, the user experience has unfortunately become very unreliable. Problems are occurring continuously, and almost every day there are periods within the 24-hour cycle when the app becomes slow, unresponsive, or difficult to use.
For a banking application, stability and responsiveness are essential. Users need to access their accounts and perform transactions smoothly at any time, without repeated technical interruptions.
In addition, the overall platform would benefit from a full user-experience review. The interface is not as smooth or intuitive as it should be, especially when it comes to the prepaid cards section. Managing prepaid cards should be simple, fast, and clear, but currently the process feels complicated and inefficient.
