Awful update
Should’ve left it alone. It was great before. Very easy to use and showed historical payments. The new and improved is anything but.
New app is horrible
This app is horrible old app is so much better I do most of my banking using the app I might have to switch banks. I am in my early 30s and it’s this frustrating I could only imagine how a senior citizen is feeling do better bank of Delmarva

New bank app
I do not like this new way you show accounts. The bank account wants to merge accounts such as transactions, I just want each account individually.
Website
Previous website was so easy to navigate. This is now confusing and in small print. Seniors do not have the same excitement over changing things to make 20 somethings happy for updating. This update was done by a younger person for young people that understand this setup. The designer of this new site should have to visit every senior for personal instructions on navigating this joke of a website.
