Draft Fees
I find it crazy how I see my account to have no overdraft but yet because this app never updates in time I still get charged overdraft fees because my balance is not correct, need to be more on top of your app updates and dates shown on when things take out!

Can’t see full account name
The new list of payees in bill pay makes it impossible for
Me to figure out which account I’m trying to pay. Further, the sort by name doesn’t help, and search also is useless. Seems the only solution is to go back and rename all of my payee accounts. Extremely customer unfriendly.

The Bank of Greene County phone app
I find the Greene County Bank app to be wonderful. I have several accounts with the bank for years and I’ve been using this app for many years now and it makes my life very simple to do transactions and pay bills, etc. etc. I’m very pleased with it it’s one of the best bank apps I’ve ever hadand have other apps with credit cards and they don’t come as close as good as the Bank of Greene County app

Nickel and dime you
This is a horrible bank not only do they save all of your ATM charges until the end of the month, and then nail you with all of them at once in hopes that you get an NSF fee, but they literally nickel and dime you to death with all kinds of fees. The people at the bank are rude and hang up on you if they don’t like what you have to say. this bank is a joke.

Why haven’t i received my paycheck yet ? It’s 7:30 in the morning.
Crashes
The bank crashes at least once a week and you’ll be trying to pay for groceries and your card won’t go through even though you have money

Direct deposit feature is horrible. Keeps asking for me to rotate the camera but I’ve already rotated the phone.
check deposit not working
whatever you did to the check deposit part of the app is making it not work. it freezes on a screen that’s blurred out with the text “Please rotate your phone.” app is usually pretty straightforward
Unable to deposit a check
When making a check deposit I’m unable to move beyond the section where it asks to take a photo of the check. What’s going on with the app?
