Worst app ever!
This app is terrible. Hasn’t been updated in over 7 months and no communication from the bank with their members either. App logs you out and then won’t accept your details to log back in, you have to call up and have it reset every time! I am so over it.

New app is terrible. Hard to log in. Doesn’t show names of sub accounts. Trying to send a payment is a joke and time consuming.

Despite several communications about this new app being fixed, it would seem the same login issues are occurring, with no further communication from Bank of Heritage Isle. Should have kept the old one…
Horrible service Old app make ch more user friendly
Got the new app and looks great from the outside. Cons it forgets who you are and you have to re enter you’re login details auto logs out to quickly and you can’t transfer your money out side of business hours from your own accounts. If you’re someone who’s using an account for just your debit card and you run low on funds and try to top up on a weekend it won’t transfer till Monday
