Frustrating
No matter how hard I try I can’t access this app. U/n is correct. P/w is correct but still no joy. Same goes for my Visa card. Contacted the help line but I only had one 24 hr ration pack to use as I waited and had to terminate the call. 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. New is not always better.

Customise
Keep trying to change order of accounts but it just revers back to what it was
Buggy and inconvenient
The “account customisation” feature keeps undoing my rearranged account list back to the default order, which is incorrect. It’s also showing the wrong default account. Login is slow and often fails. The new features sound good in theory but are riddled with bugs. Please fix.
