Outdated app
This app needs a desperate upgrade. It repeatedly freezes even when updated. I regularly have to re load it and start again. It can’t be used on dark mode and there’s. O setting options for colour or text size adjustments. Not user friendly at all.
Constant shut downs
This app always shuts down at the most inconvenient times. I tried to transfer money on Saturday and the app was simply not working, this has happened multiple times. This particular incident I was trying to pay for my taxi home; if I didn’t have cash I don’t know what I would have done. You should always be able to transfer funds when you need it! This needs to be fixed.

Cannot access messages
Unfortunately, I am unable to access my messages. It always says there is an error and to try again later. This has been like this for about a year.

EVERY SWAP of screen away from this app REQUIRES YOU TO RELOGIN.
