Update still not fixing issues
It's so annoying that you're update still hasn't fixed the customisation of the accounts issue. I was so hoping this would have been fixed by now
Terrible upgrade
Opened the app and my balance was visible. Not very safe. Had to then try work out how to remove that. It is very difficult to navigate.

Outdated app
This app needs a desperate upgrade. It repeatedly freezes even when updated. I regularly have to re load it and start again. It can’t be used on dark mode and there’s. O setting options for colour or text size adjustments. Not user friendly at all.
Constant shut downs
This app always shuts down at the most inconvenient times. I tried to transfer money on Saturday and the app was simply not working, this has happened multiple times. This particular incident I was trying to pay for my taxi home; if I didn’t have cash I don’t know what I would have done. You should always be able to transfer funds when you need it! This needs to be fixed.
