Frustrating
No matter how hard I try I can’t access this app. U/n is correct. P/w is correct but still no joy. Same goes for my Visa card. Contacted the help line but I only had one 24 hr ration pack to use as I waited and had to terminate the call. 30 minutes of my life I’ll never get back. New is not always better.

Customise
Keep trying to change order of accounts but it just revers back to what it was
Buggy and inconvenient
The “account customisation” feature keeps undoing my rearranged account list back to the default order, which is incorrect. It’s also showing the wrong default account. Login is slow and often fails. The new features sound good in theory but are riddled with bugs. Please fix.
New app not as good
I can’t move my main accounts that I use to the top of the screen when I log in. Old app was better.

Trying to transfer $?? all day and I get site down or something like that. Then I google you and after jumping through hoops yet again I finally managed my transfer
Bring back old app
This app is terrible. Too clunky to get to accounts; when you make a payment it goes back to all accounts screen instead of the account you were in; and the biggest fault is standard payment is the default instead of OSKO. If you forget to double check payment method, it goes through as standard and you have to wait a couple of days for it to go to another account. WHY WOULDN’T it be OSKO as default? No notification that this was the case with new app so had to transfer $1400 twice because first was a standard payment and it was Friday after 7 so had to wait till the following Tuesday to get the first $1400.
Not happy, if there is going to be an update at least it should be better than the last app version.

Why is Osko now gone?
Osko payment methods have disappeared??. I have time sensitive payments due on my payday which I now have to log in on the browser to ensure same day delivery. If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it.
Old app was better
This app is awful to use compared to the old one. The sign in and getting into the accounts page is a longer process than it should be, it often defaults back to a standard payment not OSKO so if you forget to doublecheck you can’t instantly receive your money into an external account. Annoying to use and needs to be more user-friendly. Should also have the option to receive notification when money is deposited.

Clunky and full of bugs
Terrible app full of bugs. Log on goes straight to log off screen without account details. Facial recognition on my iPhone keeps deactivating for no reason.
Trashy app
My app doesn’t even open. Delete doesn’t delete it as it’s stored on cloud as the same dodgy app

Slight improvement but more clunky
This new update is clunky. You login to a blank page instead of all accounts being displayed.
Yesterday I lost the ability to use biometric login saying my new iPhone 16 did not support biometric login!!! I tried reactivating it only got it to be deactivated again.
Very disappointing that this is the best Police Bank could come up with after the previous useless App.

What an improvement
Now this is how the app should have come out the first time it was released. MUCH better PB…
New Upgrade is a letdown
The new upgrades visual appeal is worse than the previous version. It does not show you any of your account numbers making things very confusing when trying to move money between your accounts.
Does not work
Why why …… would you go to market with a new portal to your services that has not been tested obviously and is so problematic with numerous different issues????
