More often not working than working
I’m actively thinking of consolidating my super into another super account on the back of just how poorly this app works.
Today I am again trying to work out what my balance, and have had to log in and out twice and set the passcode twice, and then I still can’t access parts of thr app.
AustralianSuper app works great and thats where I now top up.

The worst
For the love of super, please invest a small amount of effort and fix the app
Terrible app and web
While the Equip super product/investments seems great and then it is severely let down by the web and app services. I can’t even log in to find my details to do a self contribution before EOFY. This has pushed me to the edge of switching super companies.
I don’t like saying Hate. But I HATE this app. Arghh.
Everything about this company is painfull. If it’s not the app then it’s the paperwork you need to snail mail. You tick the wrong box it gets rejected. Really considering moving as we originally got extras through the company that’s why I joined in the first place. When I want to look at my super it doesn’t work. Then it shows incorrect information. Then it’s down. I always have to re-enter my data again and again. I really hate this App.
