Not happy with new app
Why is it that so many organisations now require iOS greater than 15, when my phone which is not that old quite frankly cannot update to iOS 16. I am aged 67, I don’t feel the need to have to upgrade my phone just because you want to put new fancy stuff in. All my other super funds, their apps work on my phone. Looks like I might have to give this fund a miss. Unfortunately.

I’m always having to log back in, and FaceID doesn’t work regularly. Is it too much to ask to invest our member fees in a decent app?

Just fix it, like wtf…it’s been years and you haven’t done anything to make it better. I have probably had to reset more than a hundred times just to do a quick check in…so so so poor..

This is a totally garbage app , what type of app requires all information to log in each time you want to use it.
Why does it offer a PIN code and Face ID then each time make the user do a complete sign up.
Do us all a favor and either fix it for good or delete this absolute of rubbish app.

Constantly failing. Tap on Log In and the screen just goes blank. Reported to Equip-no action. Useless.
The pin and face id settings don't work
Every time I attempt to log in to the app I have to enter email and password . Don't mind that so much but it drives me mad that every time it then asks do I want to enable face id and I do that. Then it asks me to set a PIN and says I just need the PIN in future.
Then next time I gave to go through the whole process again.

The worst I have ever used
I’ve I could give it a zero star I would. Glitchy and logs you out constantly.
With the amount of money you are holding onto with everyone’s super, invest in your app for crying out loud it’s not hard. I’ll give it a few months and if nothing has, changed I’ll plant my large amount of super in another fund!!

Inconvenient to use
It keeps asking typing both userId and password although I have set pin and faceID.

Resubmitting log in details every time it’s used
The app is always asking me to resubmit my log in details every time I go into it, it’s really frustrating having to do email, password then re authenticate then choose pin and then allow face-ID. Every. Single. Login. Update your app!!!
Always logs me out
This is the worst app ever- always logs me out and you have to go through all the motions of logging in… highly painful!
Where do I start
The app constantly requests to be signed in, it’s 2025 ppl heard of passkeys, secure token, even keeping inline with E8, ISM and the like you could allow for more then 30 seconds of non use before you request for me to sign in again. Further to this, it’s convoluted, clunky, info is too many clicks away, doesn’t follow simple or current design principles. The cherry on top is you can’t do anything on it, need to call them.

Every time I log in Face ID doesn’t work, navigating from one page to another takes ages, most of the time just buffering but nothing happens at the end. I tried three different days in the last one month but I still can’t see the balance, nothing else just wanted to see the balance, it’s not working at all. Why do you have the app when the customer can’t do simple tasks? Just shut it down.

I continue to get updates which are great although when updated I need to login back into my account again / my apps for banks and other services; they auto load up and use my face recognition,which I have set up with this site /Account/ App. therefore sick of having to do a full login each time this happens
