Taking forever to open

Itโ€™s been over a month since I experienced this issue with opening the app. It takes forever. I gave up trying to use the app after waiting 5 minutes to get it open. Terrible and irresponsible customer service.

The Most Inconvenient Banking App Ever

This bankโ€™s mobile application constantly fails to process transfers smoothly. Transactions frequently get stuck in a pending status for unclear reasons, and the app often flags minor issues unnecessarily. Customer support isnโ€™t very helpful in resolving these problems either. If you want hassle-free banking, I strongly recommend switching to a different bank.
