Taking forever to open

It’s been over a month since I experienced this issue with opening the app. It takes forever. I gave up trying to use the app after waiting 5 minutes to get it open. Terrible and irresponsible customer service.

The Most Inconvenient Banking App Ever

This bank’s mobile application constantly fails to process transfers smoothly. Transactions frequently get stuck in a pending status for unclear reasons, and the app often flags minor issues unnecessarily. Customer support isn’t very helpful in resolving these problems either. If you want hassle-free banking, I strongly recommend switching to a different bank.

Face recognition & Password

App face recognition function disappear very often, very inconcinient.
And ask me new password and security question set up very often, too much hassle.
Please improve log in process to more convinient way. :(

Good Bank for me

I've been using Bank of Hope for 21 years, and the service is good, and I think it's a much better bank than other banks in every way.

Can never log in

I can never log in using the app and always says my account is restricted and that I need to call customer service. Super inconvenient. Please fix this, BoH!
