They have been very good bank for years! The employees are very kind, courteous and efficient. I like walking in the door.

The app is easy-peasy to use. I enjoy the convenience of not actually having to leave my home to go to the ATM or inside the bank for transactions.

Can’t sign in majority of time now it seems due to errors stating it’s not functioning. Face ID has worked maybe once in the past year for me. PLAID verifications also haven’t worked for the last few months. Just about time to swap banks due to the outdated feeling even though I would like to keep banking here.
