Kein Ton bei IDnow Video Ident

Leider war das Video Ident nicht möglich, da bei allen Anrufen über diese App es kein Ton gab. Alle App-Berechtigungen waren erteilt und kein Stummmodus aktiv. Ich habe daraufhin die IDnow App heruntergeladen und es ging alles ohne Probleme.
