Mobile Deposit
Easy to use and works very well.
Accounts Won’t load
Since the update 3 days ago It won’t let me see my account or any balances and just says last updated 3 days ago. I cannot transfer either without an error. Besides this update the app works fine
Could be better
The convenience of online deposit is negated by not allowing uploading of check images sent by another person. Need to get this feature up and running
Easy to use
I find my peoples app very easy to use. I use to check my accounts for deposits and checks that have cleared. I like to balance my check book so I use my app for that also. If you need to transfer money or pay a loan it’s easy to do those things too.
Old iPhone don’t work
This apps need iOS 16, people banks to cater to all people and not only people who can offered the lastest iPhone . Make and or keep older version for older iPhone . People Bank is going down hill trying to be digital .
Update
I can’t get the updated version because I don’t have iPhone 16 version. Now I can’t unlock my account and relock it. I’m very disappointed with this app!

Sometimes convenient
Pretty often transactions won’t be current. They will show one day then the next they’re gone. When it’s working and current it’s nice.

I have been nothing but pleasantly surprised since the day I opened my account with the bank that in today’s world there truly is a group of people that love what they do, they love who they work for, and they love providing excellent customer service to everyone of their customers. You are not just a balance in an account and you’re definitely not just a means to an end, you are worth the time to still have human contact and personal conversations with your customers, and you’re not a problem or a hassle if you want to actually hear a real voice or see a real person. It’s just simply unheard of anymore and it’s well worth giving praises where they are absolutely due!! Thank you for the great service each of you provide.

Problematic app
This app is much inferior to the previous one and is often not accurate. It’s amongst the worst bank apps l have ever used lately. I wish you could go back to the previous one.
Best bank ever
Peoples is a wonderful small town bank with big bank amenities. I rarely have issues with technology, and when I go into a branch the people are friendly and helpful. Their online banking is one of the best I have seen and works flawlessly.
