Worthless. Stuck in error loop
“There was a problem loading the configuration, please try again.” No explanation, no root-cause problem solving, no contact site, no customer service. Phone is fully updated to iOS 18.2.1, so there’s no excuse for this user experience.
Speeded up my title closing.
App recommended by my title company. No mailing of checks, no wire transfer fees. It worked great for my out of state home escrow deposit.

STAY AWAY
If you want to keep your sanity, stay far away from this app. After 6 attempts of trying to deposit a check, we gave up. The first 4 attempts said the check could not be read. Then the last 2 said the orientation of the check was wrong and to rotate it… how can the orientation still be wrong after rotating it?!
