I love the United Bank app! It is easy to use and all of the features are easy to find. The fonts and background colors are all easy on the eyes. At 62 years old, I am able to go through all facets of the app without needing my glasses :-)

I have been thoroughly satisfied with United Bank. They are customer friendly and have supported me in accomplishing my financial goals.

Mostly Good
The app works well but has a couple of shortcomings. First, it will often not allow fingerprint log-in - you often have to kill the app and relaunch. The “log-in with Touch ID” button does nothing. Second, you can’t see your pending bill pays like you can on the website.

I love the app it makes it so simple to bank no matter it’s a check to deposit or I need quick cash or even paying someone with Zelle could not be happier

I’m not able to transfer money between my accounts and nobody can fix the problem

Flawless use of internet and mobile bank. Call the bank and a human answers within two rings.

Sign in with Face ID
The app no longer allows me to sign in with Face ID
It’s not signing me in.
Keeps asking for my login info. I always put it in correctly then I have to get a code and then it says App is unable to process.

Kudos to Kim for being such a great Ambassador for United. She is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. A great lady who deserves to be recognized. In an age where customer service is an afterthought, Kim is amazing!
