Need app help
Love the bank but all of a sudden I can’t login to the app. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and put in my phone number and get a message that the phone number already exists. I need help so I can use the app again; it was so convenient. I truly loved the option of turning my bank card usage on and off.

Face ID doesn’t work
Face ID never works, so I need to always put my password in and the. Agree to the terms and conditions. Uninstalling app doesn’t fix the issue. Over a year with this issue and still no fix?!
Great Bank
Have had this bank since I moved to the Charleston area Five years ago and they have always been good to me. Set it up in Downtown Summerville and used West Ashley branch a lot. Dorchester ATM didn’t used to think their wer enough branches but make do!

I love the United Bank app! It is easy to use and all of the features are easy to find. The fonts and background colors are all easy on the eyes. At 62 years old, I am able to go through all facets of the app without needing my glasses :-)
