What is my company ID?
I know my user ID, but what is my company ID? I’ve checked every document and page of the website and see no mention of it. I wish they would put a little question mark bubble to explain what this is or where to find it.
Poorly made unreliable
This app locks up without notice when you need to change your password
You have to use a desktop to change your password so while traveling it’s a pain
I was locked out two days ago then I realized I need to change my password from experience of being lockout out like this. I did so, but the app won’t let me in. The IP people said the safety feature locks me out for 24 hours … that was 25 hours ago still locked out
When I complained about no change of password notification and sudden locked out feature they said this is for my own protection and I say bologna!
Just send an email in advance to change password on desktop a couple days before to give time to traveling users not to get stock without access to accounts nor finding a desktop with secure wifi
Is that too much to ask?
The other features are basic like other banks
