Still.needs.work! Sub-par App Platform
Despite deleting and reinstalling the app, which usually works…denied access to the network on both my iPhone and iPad. This is frustrating. What is even more frustrating is the app itself is very limited in services when you can actually access your account. Very poor performance with the industry trend to move consumers to digital platforms. Ready to switch to another bank!

This app needs some updates. It is the worst banking app I’ve ever used. I have to go on a computer or laptop to do any banking. Can’t even see my account number in the app? Seriously needs some updates
App stopped working
The banking app hasn’t worked for me for over 6 mos now, I’ve done updates, uninstalled it, reinstalled it… nothing. Won’t even open, just says “loading” then closes. & I have an iPhone 12pro so it’s not like it’s my phone’s problem….

I have never had so much trouble trying to recall my User ID. I have NO way to get that back. So i an locked out of viewing how much I have in my bank account. Make a feature where I can actually retrieve my User ID 🤦🏽♀️. It shouldn’t be this much of a struggle.
