Transactions
I have used this app for many years , now my transactions don’t appear right away , it takes days now , I can’t see what I paid or what the last transaction was for days on end . And no one will fix this issue . It’s frustrating not to see my transactions and what I last bought or paid for especially on busy days running errands and paying bills .

Only works half the time
At least a few times a week the app will not log into my account for days at a time. It’s a waste to even use because I have to log in via web browser most of the time.
Waste of time.
Every months this app kicks out of my online account and makes me jump through hoops to get back in it. Thinking about finding another bank unless the problem is solved.
Horrible.
This app is so outdated. Sometimes it wont even let me log into my account and i’m experiencing that right now. It’s telling me to use a phone number to connect to their app and i’m using my number but it says my number is already in use. This app is literal garbage. Maybe make some changes and update this app for a change.

Awful, fails constantly
Call the 800 number they say…. Then you wait and wait and wait. It’s horrible service and a terrible app experience.
