Logging In
It’s kinda frustrating how I always need a security code to log in. Is there a way this can be fixed?

Broken for months now..love bank pacific but you need to fire whoevers running the app
Updated Security Features Made it Worse!
This app was getting better until they decided to update with 2-factor authentication. The problem is it will only send a text or call a few numbers. So if you’re off-island and don’t want to pay for roaming, you’re out of luck. Why can’t an email be an option? Why do I have to keep doing it every single time? Why not put an options to opt out???

BP App
This app is incredibly user-friendly and makes managing my finances so easy! I can check my balance and transfer money all in just a few taps. The layout is clean, everything runs smoothly, and I feel secure using it.
Mobile App
This app is simple to use and has a very helpful feature - BP Card Pal. Through this feature, you can set up your travel plans for your account(s) instead of calling the branch, setting limitations for transactions and can see your digital card without having to break out your actual debit card. I appreciate the security token requirement when trying to change or view my debit card information. The only downside I have about this app is that if I forgot my password, I will need to call to get assistance in resetting it.

Convenient way to access my account and make transfers between them. Looking forward to enhancements to be able to transfer to my external accounts and remit payments from external accounts.
Local bank making headway in innovation
I barely heard about BankPacific when I was growing up on Guam. However, working here and seeing their products/services has really shown that they are a great bank that is willing to adapt and innovate. The mobile app is more developed than most apps I’ve had with other banks. I am having difficulty linking my card to my apple wallet though but regardless, everything else is seamless and smooth. I’d recommend they need to make the website as nice as the app. Other than that, great bank and great app.

Not the best banking app
I mainly use the app to check the balances on my accounts and transfer funds. What I find difficult to do is to add other accounts or update/ change my contact information. These things are easier on the web browser. Also, I tried signing up for BP card pal on the app but since I cannot get the security code via my home phone, there is no option to choose another avenue so I gave up.

Much Improved!
The app has gotten much better than when I first downloaded it. I really like the BP CardPal feature but it doesn’t launch for me half the time. I feel like with time and improvements once it’s up and running as it should it’ll be so awesome for daily life! I look forward to seeing it at its full potential.

Easy to work with
I just started using this app a couple months ago but it’s been helpful. It’s user friendly, allows mobile deposits and has links that’ll lead you to the things you need.
Nice features
App offers lots of services such as the CardPal and mobile deposit. However the app does not always launch when needed and get error messages when trying to transfer funds between accounts.
New and improved
Bankpacific’s has improved their app since the last time I used it. I would like to thank the Teller who helped me with their new feature Cardpal which allows me to monitor my cards.
BP card Pal
The app the very convenient! I love that you could turn your cards on or off whenever you feel it’s been misplaced or even stolen. Also, I love that everytime the card has been swiped / used, you get notified of the transaction right away. Would highly recommend getting the app & start using BP card pal!

APP UPGRADE
App has been upgraded to have more features such BP Cardpal where you can manage travel plans and turn debit card on/off if card has been misplaced. Balances are seen in real time and is user friendly. Face ID makes the app much easier to access. No issues such since I’ve been a user of the BankPacific mobile app.

It would be useful and convenient to access the messages through the app and not only on the browser. I like that the card control is accessible on the same app.
Online Banking
The app is very convenient and works well. I was able to add my card to the BP CardPal and use to purchase without having to physically have my card with me. I would suggest adding a feature to reset password and usernames without having to call it in.
Online Banking
I am very pleased to be banking with BankPacific & be able to have online access. I am most excited to explore the new features like BP Card Pal, It is very convenient to be able to input travel notices and stop your card yourself when it is misplaced. The only issue I have is when I get locked out of online banking, I have to call for a reset or a temporary password. I do wish for BankPacific to be able to have an account recovery option.

Whenever I log into the app, first attempt with face ID would always say system error. Had to close and reopen again. Logged in, and it goes through. This happens all the time. Not sure what the problem was but hopefully that’s something they could fix on their end. Overall, lots of updates were made in the app. Especially this new feature called “BP Card Pal”. Great work.
