Awful. Constant need to change password. I am all for security but this gets ridiculous. After a certain point you are forced to choose passwords that are meaningless, thereby difficult to recall, due to being rejected as too similar to previous passwords used.

Always there to help ,and with a smile. Really the best bank I have ever used,and in seventy -two years , I have had a few. By far this really is a pleasure in this world of ours to see and hear , with a smile , how are you today with at a smile and., the bank Teller knows what she is doing and to boot. Can ADD , really!!!

I thinks it’s ridiculous that we have to change and update our passwords so frequently. I have 4 other financial institutions apps on my phone and have never had to change my password so often. FM app is rediculous for this.
