Application not working
I came across this app through an Instagram advertisement and decided to download it. However, the experience has been extremely disappointing from the very beginning.
While signing in, I requested an OTP, which was successfully received on WhatsApp. However, the app does not allow me to validate the OTP and keeps showing an “Internal Service Error.” The page simply doesn’t proceed, making it impossible to complete the login process.
It is frustrating to see such a basic and essential feature not working. If users cannot even sign in after downloading the app, the entire experience becomes pointless.
Please provide proper support for this issue and help me resolve the login problem. At the very least, there should be a clear way for users to contact support when they encounter an error like this. Please fix the OTP/login functionality, test it thoroughly, and ensure that users can actually access the app before promoting it through advertisements.
