Good - could be great
The app concept is great. Slightly outdated design but has some really good ideas to make this one of the best ones in the App Store for simple barometric monitoring like history, a main face dial that shows acceptable ranges and typical weather at that pressure, custom notifications etc.
What could be improved:
History chart doesn’t match up with the live view. It’s regularly a whole point off (29.x instead of 28.x) in the chart. For better ux, using a curve instead of linear lines would be nicer to see.
For notifications, sometimes you click on one and it opens the app but there is no way to see what that notification was or specifically when it happened so you’re not sure if it was an old one or not. Having the notifications from the app stored with timestamps would be great.
Lastly, Sea level adjustment via gps is nice but would be better to track live altitude adjustments while traveling using the internal tools of iPhone instead of map data to make the adjustment live. Perhaps it does this but I just notice if I have it up and travel it thinks my pressure has changed when it’s just a different altitude.

Great at first
Loved this app and then it just stopped working. Deleting and looking for a new one.
get rid of ads & you have a good app
The app is ok, but the ads are wayyyy too much. When you open the app there’s several ads, just checking the pressure ads pop up. It’s just way too much. I understand it’s free, buts just too much. I would not mind paying a few dollars. But I haven’t seen that option.

Best barometer
This barometer is pretty accurate and useful when you want to know what the actual weather conditions are like and if it’s good to take the boat out onto the bay!
Disappearing markers
Needles have disappeared. Tried re-loading the App, but nothing changes. Totally useless right now to be honest

Developing an app is expensive. And developers like to make money. It’s the system we are in: ads pay for stuff. I get it.
This app, though, grabs the entire screen, and all audio, so frequently and so aggressively that the app isn’t useable; can’t run it long enough without full screen and audio take over.
There are lots of ways to use ads without alienating users. Let’s hope this excellent developer gives monetization a re-think.

New User
I have only had the app for a few days and I am kind of impressed. I am trying to tie the relationship of barometric pressure to some medical issues. I find that the dial is easy to read and I get informative notifications when there will be changes. Thank you!
Eigentlich gut
Der Entwickler antwortet aber leider nicht auf Mails. Das ist schlecht für ihn, denn dann kaufe ich die InApps bzw. die Vollversion eben nicht. Sein Pech.
Does not graph
I used to love this app but now it only seems to give me the current pressure and I can’t graph anything past or future

Potential widget glitch
This has been very helpful with managing / predicting dysautonomia symptoms as a result of pressure changes. The only thing is that the widget and the app have differing values. Usually it’s a 10 point difference but today it’s much more random ? Is this a glitch? I don’t know which reading is correct

Habe mir die App geladen um einen Druckverlauf über Tage anschauen zu können. Genau das funktioniert leider regelmäßig nicht aus unerfindlichen Gründen.

Works well and follows my ancient aneroid barometer +-.3 hpa. Alerts for “falling glass” useful as well. I like the app.
