Not optimized
Overall, the app is super slow and it is frustrating to place an order. The opening screen takes quite a bit of time, and I have to pick my location every single time I use the app (and they are not organized by distance from you/favorited locations, it's just a big list). I am also logged out every few uses which is frustrating. The payment and tip options are clunky and I have to enter my information every single time. It works fine, but it would be so much slicker if the app was optimized.

Glitchy app
I got a text saying my order was ready after it showed my payment rejected, I drove to the location and they didn’t have my order at all :( please rehaul your application because this confusion made me late back to work from my lunch. Love the drinks and food but the way the app bugs is so inconvenient!

Slow and buggy
The slowest app on my phone by far, I don't know how any app in this day and age can take 30 seconds to open. Also regularly closes out of the process when I'm trying to add a new credit card so I have to start over (I still don't see it added yet after 5+ tries); and I had coupons/rewards to use that the app wouldn't accept, and I only found out after they expired that I had to use them in-store rather than in the app (I didn't learn this from the company, as I reached out multiple times and got zero responses).

The worst
They used to have a very simple process for re-order. You press two buttons and it’s done. Now you have to choose your location, choose dine in or pick up, choose the time you want to pick up, choose your payment, and choose your tip every single time. I count 22 selections every time I want to re-order. Their explanation is that at least it looks better and you can use gift cards. I know the employees are very frustrated because people skip the tip because there are so many choices.

Good but could be better
While it’s easy to use it often takes stuff out of the cart for unknown reasons. So out of frustration I just go straight to the store where they have plenty of the removed item in stock when I get there. Few bugs to work out…
