Unstable
Downloaded the app on 9/4 and signed up. App was working, made my purchase and received my points. Went to use it again on 9/5 and I was unable to login, reset my password, or receive my points. (Token expired). I was able to reset the password via the web portal, however the app still wasn’t working. This is the exact reason I don’t link payment methods or purchase Moka bucks. You can’t trust these app developers with banking / payment information.

Completely not functioning for me
Idk if it’s a bug or what but the app is completely non-functional

I’ve been a Moka customer for over 10 years, and the consistency to quality and customer service is only improving each year. Super proud of Moka and the investments they’ve made to their technology and customer experience. 10/10 coffee, 10/10 customer service, and 10/10 mobile app/service that keeps improving.

Hard to see
The app is a little difficult to use in some respect. It’s often times difficult to see. As someone who’s a little bit older, and don’t see as well as I used to, light blue text on a white background is nearly impossible to see you right away in the morning when I get up and want to place an order online because I’m leaving right away. Additionally, there’s no way to change the text or font size. Not all modifications are permitted on all drink drinks. Furthermore, when I place an order and save it to my favorites that has something specific typed out. The drink repeats itself, regularly, omitting what was typed in. That part doesn’t save. This is definitely an app that could use some more major revision.
