Hard to see
The app is a little difficult to use in some respect. It’s often times difficult to see. As someone who’s a little bit older, and don’t see as well as I used to, light blue text on a white background is nearly impossible to see you right away in the morning when I get up and want to place an order online because I’m leaving right away. Additionally, there’s no way to change the text or font size. Not all modifications are permitted on all drink drinks. Furthermore, when I place an order and save it to my favorites that has something specific typed out. The drink repeats itself, regularly, omitting what was typed in. That part doesn’t save. This is definitely an app that could use some more major revision.

App Need Work
I absolutely love the coffee, Blanco powder, and the service is always amazing. The app is a bit plain. A lot of duplicate recipes are listed. Difficult to understand what some of the recipes are and sometimes unable to locate the promotional items on the app. I wish I could purchase the Blanco Powder on the app but it’s not available. Always have to purchase it at the store.

User friendly and fun
On top of Moka being the most delicious place and friendliest place in town, the app is so user friendly and it’s fun to see your points go up and what you can do with those points! Thanks Moka for being great!!
Simple and functional app experience. Amazing latte’s and bites experience.
Truly love my local Moka. I used to snag a quick coffee from the other people, D, DBs, or S, but I’m a new convert to Moka and I really love the friendly atmosphere and tailored experience I get from my baristas here. They offer up great conversation, are always friendly, and at no point have I ever felt like a burden or an inconvenience for being a customer, unlike the large one from Seattle. 12/10 would recommend.

I’ve been drinking Moka for a long time and having the App to order ahead is a huge time saver as a nurse.

Best prices, best coffee, best tea. Best all around. I refuse to go anywhere else when there’s a moka nearby.
Not liking app
Have gone three times and the have scanned my number and haven't gotten my points.
Best coffee joint
Coffee shakes, lattes… I’ve never had anything that wasn’t excellent. The only time they ever made a mistake on my order, they caught it themselves made it right and gave me the screw up which became my favorite one! Staff is always kind and delightful as well. App is super easy to use.
Catering
I love using Moka for our meetings! Their to go boxes are easy to carry and comes with all the accessories. It’s always ready on time. Their website was user friendly but I’m loving using the app!

They are so nice, friendly, and accommodating at Moka. I have a tradition to go after every haircut and get a delicious French roast coffee. Even when there are cars in front of you, they move quickly and are very efficient. Give them a try!!!😁

This app stays true to what you think of when you stop into a Moka location. Somehow they made it resemble the indoor location feel with seamless integrations for rewards! Couldn’t think of going anywhere else.
