Program freedom

Would be nice if you can change exercise order, add some, and the comments from previous weeks stays in the program

Scam

Similar to the most recent review. I cancelled my subscription through Apple (of which it was also created through) and to my surprise continued to get charged following my cancellation which they attribute to a difference between your “account” and your “subscription”. Apple needs to put a leash on these devs. Shady.

Scam Alert

Do not download this app, you'll be sorry you did. They'll continue to charge your credit card after you cancel your subscription. Numerous emails to the merchant stating I wanted the subscription cancelled and still charged my CC. Next stop is the BBB then NY AG. It's not about the money at this point....it principle! I understand people are faced with hard times and need revenue but dishonesty and lack of integrity fleecing people from their hard earned money is feckless and spineless! Furthermore Apple will be notified for your dishonest practices.

It’s okay

I like using this as a base to structure workouts. But it’s super annoying when it removes sets because you didn’t do the exact weight and reps it tells you to do. So I can’t actually track what I’m doing, because it doesn’t always let me. Maybe there’s a setting I can change to fix this but I can’t find it.

I'm sure someone put a lot of work into this...

Too bad it's so freaking dense that it's almost impenetrable by anyone who hasn't steep in powerlifting for years, beginners stay away, most of these exercises I had to look up to even figure out what they were, some of the terms have no equivalent in the English language of what they're trying to convey, what is a "comp squat"?? you want me to do a competition squat?? A compound squat?? A "compo" squat?? Half of the exercises just have a name with zero direction, you want me to concentrate on the negative? Full RoM? What am I supposed to do?!? You want me to monopolize a whole rack for my entire workout!?!

I do enjoy it

I really do enjoy this app. I was skeptical at first but really liked it. I love how your workouts are set for week and everything is very simple. Only thing I would change would be if we could add extra things to day . If your feeling strong that day and just want to do a extra exercise I wish there was a way we could add it . Obviously I just do it but would be awesome if you could track the extra stuff

Overall great!

Pretty easy to set up and run based on your goals. I like swapping out exercises depending on what equipment is in my gym. The only thing I wish to find is some way to be able to view the warm up exercises. There seems to be no way to go back to this page after you view it. If there is a way to do it I’d love to know.

Great app! One suggestion

It’s an absolutely amazing app and it works very well, but it would be nice if when you select a program you could also pick a lift for the program to double down on. Like an option to specialize on squat, bench, or deadlift

Swapping exercise glitch!?

Love the foundation of this app.
When I got to swap an exercise (reverse hyper rather than back raise) … the app changes my high bar back squat. Little frustrating to start your numbers off wrong.

Fun, intuitive

Running 70s powerlifter and having a lot of fun. Was able to adjust the exercises to fit my home gym and overall very happy with the program/product

Just an inferior version of a cheaper app.

For way less money you can just get EvolveAI, which has the same exact interface but with much more functionality like macro tracking. To be honest I feel a little bit scammed.

Great app so far

I’ve used the RP hypertrophy for 3 months and the one gripe I have with it is that the feedback is not the day of. For example some days you don’t feel all there, the RP app only takes effect for the sessions after that day. With this app however it changes based on how you perform the day of. I’ve only used this app for a week thus far so things can change, however with how responsive the app is and how sore I’ve been yet not feeling beat up. This is a worthwhile investment.

TLDR.
1) More responsive then RP
2) Great pumps, less achy joints
3) More affordable
