Hervorragend & einzigartig

Die einzige, mir bekannte App, in der man alle Dimensionen eines Baudarlehens vernünftig eingeben und visualisieren kann.
Parameter wie: Laufzeit, monatliche Rate,
Gesamt Volumen usw. Können nach Bedarf eingegeben werden und dadurch die tatsächlichen Raten berechnen. Außerdem ist die Eingabe von Sondertilgungen möglich.

Ich bin begeistert von der App, wie detailliert man und individuell die Angaben machen kann. Bei mir sind es 4 Darlehen, die ich eingepflegt habe.
Wünschenswert wäre noch eine Gesamtübersicht über alles Kredite und evtl. Berechnung wie z.B. Mischzins, Gesamttilgung usw.
