Very poor when it comes to realizability how do you explain unable to process transfer but could withdraw with their box Baxi is one of the poorest POS box I have ever come across will not inform you of service issues you will just have to find out like Nigeria electricity they are a big joke and a failure on the part of the government allowing them to operate like this

It’s my first time using this app. I have not even completely signed it’s already bringing up an update which I find your system to be thrash work on your app before putting out for people to use!

Loan duration and charges on wallet funding
7days repayment of your loan is too short.. a loan just for 7days with high interest is stealing. Also you charging customers for wallet funding is not the best.
Stopped opening
I don’t know what happened to this app immediately I update its is stopped opening and i was so surprising I can’t make use of it since I update it on my iPhone6 I was still surprised because I have money on it.

I regret of using baxibox they’ve never been good for once, they’re lack of customer service and support since over 7months ago I have been trying my possible best to get in touch with they customer support, regarding changing my lost phone number. But they never respond to me back. If you love yourself don’t deal with baxibox anymore because you might later lose your money without getting a support from them.

The 1 star is for their customer services! I think the app is great but their customer service is terrible. Just hope you never have issues with the app cause if you do! Hmm their customer care agent will make you wish you never choose Baxi.
