Can’t log in with corp account, get an HTTP 403 error instead of a login screen

When trying to log in, there’s a blocking error stating I’m not allowed to use the app

Turns out the administrator disabled access to this app. What gives?
Update: you need to sign in using Chrome; however, there's still an error "looks like something went wrong" that keeps showing up, so still useless.

Completely broken
App crashes when setting up a room key. Button names not visible, just big blue bar. Can’t input reservation. Tried with two different trips. Same result. Useless.
