kinda TERRIBLE
Their maps, tracking, and the times they give suck. It could say 15 mins one minute the next it says your ride has arrived and its not even there. Some of the drivers are rude asf and they wont even try to park in the spot you put as pick up, on top of that they have a 2 mins period of waiting so when u get the notif that they arrived you try and figure out their stupid map and then the driver leaves. Dont expect to get anywhere on time with this, also not a 24/7 service. Pick any other form of transportation if you want something reliable and are traveling farther than 5 miles. Oh and (its not written anywhere) but if you cancel enough rides they will stop letting you book or see any la nows

Works when it work. Screws you when it doesn’t.
I love this service in theory. LA is in desperate need of something like this, but often times when I book a ride, it cancels on me or fails to show at all. I believe there are only a very small amount of these busses going around, but there’s definitely a lot of room for improvement. Nothing is more frustrating than waiting 20 minutes for a ride and then being told you’ll have to wait another 20. Hope somebody finally provides funding to fix this service.

Has potential, but useless for me
I downloaded the app, realized I was out of zone, then scanned the map to find where I could use it. It only has two zones: Culver City to Venice and the area bordered by the 110 and 10 freeways. I don't live anywhere near those areas and LA is a huge city. I'll wait for the program to experience its growing pains before installing this again.

Great app
Wonderful app and service
great way to get around my neighborhood
I use LAnow when im running specific and out of the way errands around my neighborhood, or if I just don’t feel like walking all the way back! Timing is usually very reasonable, especially for the price.
