Terrible and unfair rules when it comes to specific times
I’m not sure what happened exactly with this app, but before the drivers used to come at the actual time the app tells me they would, now they will arrive 20 minutes earlier than the time given and while that seems like a good thing, it’s not good when I need that time to literally get dressed and ready for the morning, it also isn’t fair that they will mark you no show AT THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE despite the app telling you the time of their arrival, coming earlier doesn’t mean you start the timer, that’s not fair and I can’t imagine people less fortunate than me have to deal with it because some probably need time to get ready or do the things they need to do before going into the access car. This needs to be FIXED!

This app is TRASH!
I have been using this app for quite some time, and I find it funny that this app works when it wants to. I put in my scheduled pick up time, and this app wouldn’t navigate the driver to where it’s going. And just recently, now the app won’t load or anything. Hence, THIS APP IS 100% TRASH!! Fix this immediately!!
