Most of the time I give up trying to contact my office because it takes so long for the app to just load on my iPhone 16 Pro. It says I have messages but can’t see them anywhere. Very intermittent with working.

I can’t see any open shifts only messages. I did call IT an they can’t really help I uninstalled the app restarted my phone and I still can’t see open shifts only messages.

Great app with a fatal flaw

Theres one fatal flaw which could be by design, but you can’t upload photos from your camera roll. For example, if you’re with a patient and don’t have service, you can’t take a picture and upload it later from camera roll when you do get service.

Needs fixes badly

Its so buggy, it wont allow you to send messages unless you smash the send button 50, sometimes 60 times. Needs an update and bug fixes badly.

App keeps getting worse

The app takes 60+ seconds to load. The open shifts tab doesn’t open at all. The app frequently goes down to “update” just to return worse than before. App shouldn’t be allowed on App Store anymore. It’s that bad!

Very slow

It takes over five minutes to load open shifts.

Notifications

Ever since I updated my phone I have been unable to receive notifications from this app. I’ve reinstalled and restarted my phone. I’m missing messages and find the app to be less than satisfactory

Chats stopped working

Hoping I can get help. I was able to open and access the announcements from this app until recently. Whenever I open the announcements the app closes out. And yes I have tried it all from reinstalling the app multiple times shutting down my phone all the hacks I’ve tried. My own IT (the company’s IT) can’t even help me fix this issue. I just don’t want to miss critical announcements.

Just a suggestion

Not bad, but would be much easier to use if we could also select pics from photo library to send instead of only being able to take pics in the app and then send

Too many updates

Allowing for updating later on would be more convenient when staff doesn’t have time to update at the immediate moment. Sometimes I have to skip messages because I can’t get readily into the app.

No notifications

Overall, the app has a nice looking design and is easy to navigate through. However, the biggest issue is that it doesn't give any kind of notifications when you get new messages. So by the time you realize you had a message waiting, it already expired. This would be a seriously helpful app if something so simple would've actually worked like it does on every single other alternate messaging app. Another annoyance is that the app doesn't keep you signed in. So you constantly have to sign in, which sometimes doesn't actually work, every time you want to check on the messages. Which probably contributes to the overall lack of notifications issue
