Very easy to use and very user-friendly or beginner
The app is very easy to use. I just wish you could make accounts on here without having to call 1800 #. and if there is that option, I do not know how to use it so I guess the app isn’t so easy to use.
New update change
ever since the new iPhone update I’m no longer able to add the BayCoast widget 😢

Online bill pay - Unfair practices.
Cannot believe that Baycoast deducts the funds from your personal or business account when the send the check not when it’s cashed. So check gets lost or whatever, the money already came out of the account. No other bank I’m aware of does that.

Ease of use!
This app is really easy to use. It’s not complicated and has many options of which I can choose from to do my banking. Aside from a few reasons, I never have to go to the bank and since the beginning of this pandemic, use of this app has become that much more important. Overall I’m happy with app and happy with BayCoast as my bank.

This app, as of recently consistently crashes and shuts down. At times, I can not open the app at all! I’ve lost confidence in its performance.
