Facial recognition
The app is very outdated as far as features, user friendly and basic capabilities offered by other banks. Baylands really needs to hire a better design team for the app. Also they took away the facial recognition. The one thing that made the app worth it
Needs serious updates
I should be able to do a lot more with this app like report charges and stuff as fraud and the app glitches a lot
Keeps getting worse and worse
I used to be able to view my CC transactions through the app now I can’t. PLEASE FIX IT! This app will be the reason I leave the credit union. Super inconvenient.
Needs updating
Features don’t work half the time and app is really outdated. Can’t even freeze your card in emergencies if one were to happen. App loads slowly.
